I am Daniel Auxance Botua. Age 29 years. Quality systems manager by Qualification. I believe that Quality is more of a behavior than anything. I graduated in bachelor in quality management in December 2019 and ever since then I have been working with small businesses (restaurants, retail store, liquor outlets) in setting up few quality principles in order to maximize customer satisfaction. I love learning new things so I wanna learn more working for bigger corporations.
I have worked in research institute as a research assistant who carried various manufacturing projects on pilot scales (Innoventon from 2015 to 2017)
I worked for myself in a marketing agency ( Managing operations) which had contracts with Nelson Mandela University and other institutions (2018 to 2020)
2020 to 2021 worked as a manager in a retail company (Crazy price store) helping them setup quality systems.
2021 to 2022 worked as a manager in a restaurant helping them setup quality systems.
