I am a committed, determined and hardworking professional who has been in the Telecommunications Industry since 1999. I am working in Service Management & Operations (SM&O) – Assurance and Provisioning (installation & integration) for the last 25years. I have vast experience in 2G/3G/U900/LTE servicing Radio Maintenance, Optimization, and Network Quality department. As well as Operational Management.

 I am currently employed as a Assistance Regional Manager for Mobaxgroup responsible for Network Health. Previously was employed as Dispatch Team leader for Mobax group and Quality Assurance Manager for Erikson and Mobax group, been responsible for Corrective Maintenances, while observing MTTR and SLA for sites restorations. Keeping track of Insurance tracker and claims process..

• I have worked for Vodacom as a Network Controller in the Network Management Group for 15 years. Attending to Vodacom network elements and Customer complaints by surveying and providing support to Field Technicians. I then moved to Radio Maintenance from 2013 until 2015, where I physically attended to RAN, RNC,BSC and BTS and providing solutions to customer network complaints. 
• I then moved to Ericsson as Passive Controller (MS Supervisor) from 2015 till 2018, whereby I drove ASP (Approved Service Providers), FT’s (Field Technicians) and providing detailed report on alarm reduction, investigating and escalating sites with poor performance to Vodacom and Ericsson management. Worked on sites that are Out of Service and on weekly NED report by tracking the sites and making sure they get resolved and meet clients SLA and KPI agreements.
