- Scheduling and planning of all shifts
- Managing and authority needs to be sent to the head office for approval
- Signing of all attendance registers and leave and sick leave and report daily to the head office
- Monthly stock taking
- Ensure if quotes have been sent to the client and purchase order obtained for work
