David Maluleke

Labour law specialist with 15 years of experience. I have served and worked for 2 big trade unions in South Africa. I have certificate of chairing a disciplinary hearing, and I have chaired quite number of hearings. I have a certificate of attendance in a special shop steward training. I have acquired my qualification in Labour law with two big universities, UNISA and Stellenbosch university. In 2023 I was nominated a best CCMA commissioner candidate by Stellenbosch university. I have passed my Labour Dispute Resolution with distinction. For 5 years I have demonstrated a strong leadership when I was elected a provincial chairperson of Aviation sector in Gauteng under SATAWU, while simultaneously I was a Chief aviation operator leading a crew of technical support employees. I worked as union official at NUMSA whereby I was representing members at the CCMA, and various sectors of bargaining councils. I have good tracking records of arbitration awards and rulings. I have facilitated building working relation between employer and employees. My main objective is to ensure compliance and align the company policy in line with an updated legislation.
