• Successfully revised and updated the Quality Management System at Specpharm Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
• Head hunted to be the Responsible Pharmacist & Senior QA Pharmacist and AQO (Affiliate Quality Officer)for Pfizer Inc.
• Head-hunted to be the Responsible Pharmacist for Pfizer PFE (new Consumer division of Pfizer Inc.).
• Successfully initiated and completed all the local and global statutory requirements for the new Pfizer Consumer division – to be termed Pfizer PFE.
• Head-hunted to be the Deputy Responsible Pharmacist for Pharmacia (generic division of Pfizer Inc.).
• Subject Matter Expert and co-team leader of the Joint Steering Committee, the Joint Quality Committee, and the Joint Operations Committee for the Pfizer / Biovac Tech Transfer of a 13-valent biological vaccine.
• Performed the first successful application for Exemption of Post Importation tests on Pfizer imported bulk product.
• Only South African member for the global Pfizer Affiliate Quality Operations Round Table committee.
• Only South African QA member for the global Pfizer Biological Compliance Review Board.
• Successfully managed the Pfizer PFE portfolio – the is both the PIH (Pfizer Innovative Health) and PCH (Pfizer Consumer Health) portfolios.
• Successfully managed all the quality actions pertaining to the launch of the first ever Pfizer Medical Device product to the South African market.
• Coordinated all PAQRT (Pfizer Area Quality Review Team) meetings with other multi-national pharmaceutical companies.
• Initiated and coordinated Country Medical Council meetings – that is meetings between the medical doctor team, nursing team and the country office quality team.
• Head hunted as Responsible Pharmacist for Nkunzi Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd.
• Appointed as Head of three QA Departments (QA Admin, QA Release & QA Validation)
