I currently in the employment of the W&RSETA as a Project Specialist. I have the required skills and competencies as outlined in my CV

My functions include but not limited to the following:

• Advise, facilitator and coordinate all regional invoices
• Liaise with stakeholders (Internal and External) on Annexure II submission processes inclusive of levy payments and inter-seta classifications 
• Managing projects and ensuring that all deliverables are met 
• Conduct monitoring and verification visits 
• Ensuring successful implementation of Learning Programmes 
• Ensure the participation of SMMEs in skills development initiatives and projects rolled out within the W&RSETA 
• Risk and Issue Management: Ensure that all national projects are well coordinated and managed 
• Assisting in the preparations for internal and external audits 
• Designing and developing relevant processes and tools towards efficient administration systems 
• Record all project contracts on the commitment schedule i.e. ensure all commitments of the W&RSETA is in-line to the APP targets set out between the W&RSETA and DHET, ensure correctness and completeness on write-backs for all projects including payments and project closures 
• Coaching and mentoring, motivating and supervising of project administrators, officers and temps and inculcating behaviour toward becoming responsible and accountability to assigned tasks 
• Buildings, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the SETA projects
• Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, managing risks and devising contingency plans
