I have been with Dalewood Fromage, an estate dairy manufacturer for over 4 years driving Food Safety, quality and new product development. Before that I previously worked as a quality controller at Riath gourmet and as a juniour Microbiologist and chemical analyst at Nestlé.
I've recently been on an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor course to assist me with my internal and external auditing procedures and wish to further my training on other Food Safety Management systems.
I'm extremely passionate about Food Safety and Production processes and am always following new trends and released journals.
I'm currently employed as a Food technologist at Dalewood Fromage for 4 years and 6 months; I manage the FSMS, facilitate external and internal audits, contribute majorly to New Product development and its HACCP implementation. I manage the Production team, processes and hygienic conduct, among other duties I also handle customer complaints and root cause analysis.
I completely my National Diploma in Food technology in 2018 and recently attained a certificate of competency in a FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor course.
