I'm a IT support technician, I have 7 years experience. And currently I'm volunteer in a startup training center as their admin/receptionist and IT support. I handle day to day queries, filing, calls and booking appointments .

It support technician, logging tickets, remotely solving issues with passwords or network connectivity. Directing tickets to correct groups for assistance.

I have a certificates in IT NQF L4 and L5, assessor and moderator certificates, ECD HC L5.
