Delthia Kgasago

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong commitment to creating engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred lessons. I take pride in helping learners reach their full potential through creativity, patience, and clear communication. My teaching philosophy focuses on fostering understanding, confidence, and curiosity in every learner. I enjoy integrating technology and real-life examples to make learning both relevant and enjoyable.

I have 5 years of teaching experience, including classroom instruction and online learning environments. I have taught various subjects aligned with the CAPS curriculum and have experience designing lessons, assessments, and support materials for diverse learning needs. I have also taken on leadership roles such as coordinating school activities and coaching sports teams, which strengthened my ability to manage groups, mentor learners, and collaborate with colleagues effectively.

I hold an Bachelor Degree in Education and an Honours degree in Inclusive Education and am currently completing my Master’s in Inclusive Education. My studies have equipped me with a deep understanding of learner diversity, differentiated instruction, and strategies for supporting learners with varying educational needs. In addition, I have completed teacher training qualifications aligned with the national curriculum, ensuring I meet both academic and practical teaching standards.
