I am a passionate and eager young academic. I have teaching experience at both undergraduate and post graduate levels as well as a wealth of industry experience in both public and private sectors. I believe my industry experience has allowed me to teach in a way that theory alone cannot.
My areas of interest lie in the future world of work, digital labour, Trade Unions, organisational behaviour, diversity, equity and inclusion. My research predominantly focuses on digital labour, care work, labour legislation gaps, women in work and minority groups.
