Hope i find you well, Iam Dennis Nkomo (39),Humble, matured, Goal getter, Team leader and Onsite Trainer, qualified Microwave and Wireless telecoms site Supervisor and Technical installer , i came across an advert in telecoms group.. Holder of Diploma in Telecommunications Systems and Digital Networks and several certificates including, Electrical Certificates AE, solar installer cert, NSE cert, Cybersecurity basics (Huawei), IT basics and fiber cert with 16+years in the field and certified Fall Arrest, Radio frequency Awareness and Rigging by Gravity, with vast experience in hoisting equipment on either tower or buildings using ropes or mechanical means
Contacting massload surveys for both RF and MW, as well as LOS surveys.
.Responsible for all site works including Radio frequency equipment(RAN) and Microwave Radio equipment installations (NSB), maintenance and decommissioning.
. Experienced in quality ( QA ) with different vendors including MTN, CELc and Telkom , thus Huawei, Erricsson , and ZTE equipment .
.Transmission troubleshooting and Fiber handling experience
. Capable of aligning site works to match SPEC standard as well as maintaining customer specifications and clean up.
. Enforcing EHS and creating a safe working environment using approved equipment and tools to prevent and minimise chances of accidents.
. Commissioning / configuring equipment to restore the network.
. A very good understanding of installing and troubleshooting site alarms
.Take control of the team, and build teams with good leading workmanship.
Certified DC /AC rectifier and battery installations , system and certified intermediate solar system installations and commissioning and maintenance.
