I was the Director of my own Company called Jacobs Builders, my job include - estimating, pricing, site management, project managent, setting up bill of quatinities, pricining, tendering and managing my company.

Planning with the team how we going to run project. Always train the workers as project go along so they can become site mangers and do the job they do well, to finish a project in time and to the best quality, and keep the client happy.
