Ive been involved in the area of fleet and operations for around 18 years collectively. Effectively managing fleets, SLA's, policies and procedures and staff. Flexibility has formed part of my experience - being able to keep up with rapidly evolving trends and environmental changes while effectively and strategically chartering the organisation towards these changes. Running an efficient workshop system to deal with diverse machinery.
