I bring about 15 years sales experience and have been in management for the longer period. I am a motivator by nature and enjoy working with people. Analytics is one of my hidden talents and love dwelling in data to gain insights that can help better my environment and the business model.

When using performance management techniques i am a firm believer to use as a development tool as apps to a whipping tools.
