I am a qualified, experienced and highly knowledgeable Biotechnologist, Quality Manager and Technical Manager; I have strategically developed my position across a close on 15-year career, from Food Technologist to Quality Control Manager and Technical Quality Manager. My present role is accountable for critical review of product specifications and process flows, compiling certificates of analysis in accordance with product specifications, leading quality assessment and relevant responses, and working closely with National Product Development to conduct factory trials on new product developments and process enhancements.
Supervisors, and through them numerous Quality Controllers; I champion continuous training and development - participating consistently in Small Group Activities [SGAs] - working with the team to problem solve and improve quality control mechanisms and standards. I serve as 2IC to the Site Quality Manager in leading the Department as and when required. I am a self-motivated individual, who works well under pressure and engages effectively across all areas of operation; I maintain a thirst for knowledge - seeking to progressively develop my insight and experience within the areas of Quality and Technical Management.

I hold a B. Tech in Biotechnology to ensure value optimisation, superior training and management excellence. I consider consistent skills training and development as an important mechanism to continuously succeed
