As a Call Center Agent, my responsibilities included handling inbound calls for Ithuba National Lottery. I provided clients with current winning numbers and assisted retailers with lottery machine issues. If a machine encountered problems, I guided retailers through troubleshooting steps over the phone.
For unsatisfactory tickets, I processed cancellations on our system or assisted retailers with cancellation if they were unable to do so. Additionally, I managed OS tickets via email for clients who could not call in.
In another campaign, I worked with FNB's Device Guru Desk, handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with device issues. I troubleshot problems and, if troubleshooting was unsuccessful, provided clients with terms and conditions and arranged for device collection and repair at a service center. I also followed up with the service center to ensure clients received their devices back and provided feedback through email if clients were unavailable by phone.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management through UNISA, following the completion of a Higher Certificate in Banking.
