• Support recruitment and selection processes and serve as interview secretary
• Capture PDMS agreement and assessment on PERSAL
• Provide administrative support across HR functions
• Manage conditions of service (leaves, overtime and termination capturing)
• Maintain personnel files, HR archives, records indexing and safekeeping
