Currently on my 5th year under the monitoring and evaluation of public health and development programmes. Duties include evaluating and analyzing collected data, preparing weekly and monthly report, conducting routine data quality assurance assessments. Supervising a team of Data Capturers. I love working with, exploring, finding errors and coming up with solutions for quality data.
Currently a Data Quality officer under the M&E department in Community Media Trust since 2021. Occupied the M&E Officer post for 5 months in the absence of my manager and did exceptionally well in 2023. Started as a Data Capturer in same company in 2019. Worked as an enrolled nurse under an agency in Pretoria East Hospital.
Outcome-based Monitoring and Evaluation implementation certificate under University of Pretoria enterprise. Enrolled nursing under S.G Nursing College.Grade 12 in Modiri High School
