I have extensive experience in the customer service industry. I have great leadership and management skills too. Having started an a young in the industry I have learnt the art of communication and conflict resolution. My +- 20years in customer service having worked for big corporations such as SAA, Vodacom, MTN to just mention a few has granted me many opportunities to learn and grow.
I am an undergraduate. I am still bettering myself by continuing to study part time and currently doing online lessons. Currently studying Marketing Management to increase my knowledge and stay relevant in today's ever growing opportunities.
