I am a sales oriented professional with expertise in client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention as well as people management. I have experience in contributing to strategic planning while delivering improvements in processes, productivity and costs.
As the Project Manager at the National Sea Rescue Institute, I supervised a team of 26 telemarketers of whom I personally trained both newcomers and carried out ongoing training to permanent staff. I played a very big role in the development and creation of a new CRM system which we introduced in 2023 and did the relevant training to staff to ensure our sales and profits were maintained during the migration process.
My key roles included daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting and forecasting which goes hand in hand with maintaining the telemarketers performance and ensuring that individual and team targets are met. I managed all the staff's leave, absenteeism and prepared salaries for payroll.
I successfully managed National Sea Rescue Institute's flagship fundraising campaign for 13.8 years.

Highest qualification is matric. I however have years of experience in sales and managing sales teams. I am passionate about training and mentoring my staff.
