At TAB/ Betting World took me 28 years to grow from store level to National management and expand the footprint from 11 stores to 46, also franchise development and managing in Zimbabwe and Namibia remotely. Recruiting, training and coaching staff toward developing junior managers and more, as part of strategic plans when developing regions within the company. Project managed revamps, relocations and new stores.
