Site Senior Supervisor - Securitas Company - Ericsson, Wood mead - Waterfall

• Ensuring that all the officers are always in full uniform, neat, and reporting their duty in time.
• Ensure that all the security personnel understand the needs and the expectations of the client and its stake holders.
• Conducting the handover with the previous shift supervisor.
• Oversee all security activities performed by the security personnel.
• Handle all the problems experienced by the security personnel on site.
• Attend to all human's resources related matters of the contractor, e.g. regarding payment, leave matters, family problems of security officers in respect of the security personnel deployed on site.
• Ensure that all the security equipment's are always in good condition and if not, muse be reported to the office or to the manager for repairs.
• Be involve in any security operational projects and manage special events from the contractor's security company point of view.
• Report to the client's security manager on any security branches that occur on the client's premises as soon as such breaches occur.
• Conducting building internal and external inspection and also a fence inspection and any found while doing inspection must be reported to the client immidiatly.
• Ensure all the contractors wear their PPE before they can start their duties inside the premises / inside the building.
• Ensure that my officers are performing well and to make sure they registered all the visitors and the contractors before they can give them an access to the premises.
• Ensure that at the reception they don't entered with their guns as we had a gun's safe room to keep them before they can give them access to the building.
• CCTV Monitoring and collect the report for the client.
• Conduct facility meetings with the security personnel. [Monthly Meetings] and also recording the minutes of the meeting for my company purposed or for the company's record.
• I was being appointed as an acting Security Manager for 8 months by a client while they were still busy looking for a Manager.
• Conducting some interview with the new officers before they can be hired or perform their duties onsite on behalf of our client.
• Conducting a risk assessment from fence perimeter and for the building, interior and exterior each month and record all the error that will founded on the session and send them to the client for his attention.
• Doing some investigations also from the CCTV if there is an incident reported and needs a proof of it. Then my duties were to collect all the evidence and submitted to the client before they can lay any charge on the person who was reported steal or doing something wrong inside the perimeter.
• Drafting an easy roster for my officers each month.
