• Support patients with psycho-social and support patients with food parcel until they finish their treatment
• Collect patients personal information and Capture the information to the Tablet
• Doing Community Screaning and render services to the community
• Collect Sputum and take it to the nearest clinic to record it to the N1, also at the suspect book
• Send the Sputum to laboratory for investigation(GXP)
• Tracing Loss to follow and Missed Appointment and put them back to treatment
• Tracing initial loss to follow and make sure that the patients start the treatment
