• Apply statutory Mine Health and Safety Act compliance in day-to-day maintenance work.
• Work within a structured Planned Maintenance System, coordinating with cross-shift teams to minimise downtime.

Master Millwright at Transnet Freight Rail (2017-01 – 2022-12)

• Supervised millwright maintenance activities at the Tzaneen depot, coordinating team workload and daily priorities.
• Held supervisory responsibility for mechanical maintenance and repairs across multiple Transnet Freight Rail sites, including Phalaborwa, Komatipoort, Lydenburg, Witbank, Waterval-Boven, Ogies, and Polokwane.
• Directed and coordinated maintenance teams across these geographically dispersed depots, ensuring consistent compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Compiled maintenance and inspection reports for site and management review.
