Client Liaison Manager - Acute Accountants - Moreletapark

Since 1 April 2024, I have been appointed as the Client Liaison Manager at Acute Accountants, a large accounting firm in Moreletapark, currently consisting of 26 staff. Apart from my duties as Client Liaison Manager, I also fulfilled many office management duties as the office manager left the firm to pursue another opportunity in June 2024.

• Operational on systems Ignition, Pandadoc, CIPC, Bizportal, Xero, MS Office and Canva
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct detailed client surveys regularly to assess customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the take-on process for new customers from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. This includes understanding customer needs, setting up accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align client relations strategies with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
• Provide regular reports to management on client status, feedback and satisfaction metrics.
• Assist with the setup and calculation of Service Level Agreements.

Administrative officer and office manager - Speel-Speel Skool

Since January 2019, I have been appointed as an educator at Speel-Speel Skool for the 1-2 year old group. In January 2021 the school underwent a change of management and since then I have filled the role of assistant to the principal, administrative officer and office manager due to my experience as an administrative officer and assistant to the principal for over 4 years at a previous large-scale kindergarten (with a maximum capacity of 400 learners) in Pretoria East. (Teacher since Jan 2019-2021)

• Operational on systems d6+, Kidsoft, Xero, MS Office and Canva
• Administrative management and day to day financials – Organize and maintain accurate records of enrolled learners; handle correspondence; facilitate effective communication between the principal, staff, parents and management of the school; schedule and keep records of meetings, including disciplinary hearings; liaise with suppliers; coordination of relief personnel; help with financial management where needed.
• Marketing - management of the school's Facebook page; placing ads on; handle all inquiries; offer tours of the school for prospective parents; help with coordination of school open days.
• Enrollments and parent involvement - facilitate the complete enrollment process of new learners, preparation and processing of admission forms; placement of learners; facilitating orientation sessions; promote ongoing positive relationships with parents; facilitate communication channels and deal with parental concerns.
• Curriculum support (Juniors: babies - 3 years old) - help with staff training for baby educators; organize educational resources 0-3yrs; help with lesson planning and reports 0-3yrs.
