I am a disciplined South African law student dedicated to navigating the intersection of innovation, regulation, and commerce on a local and global scale. My academic focus spans high-stakes sectors, including International Relations, Corporate and Competition Law, AI Regulation, and Maritime Law. I seek to join an ambitious team where I can leverage my diverse interests to contribute to the advancement of law, business, and society on both a national and international scale.
I wish to pursue a career in international relations. I pride myself on my ability to apply forward-thinking approaches to all of my endeavours. I work towards setting the standard of excellence in my field.
I approach complex legal challenges with a blend of intellectual curiosity and strategic precision. Having cultivated a reputation for excellence and integrity, I thrive in high-pressure, collaborative environments that demand both analytical depth and a competitive spirit. I am committed to producing work of the highest standard, bridging the gap between theory and practice to deliver efficient, policy-driven solutions.
I have developed strong interpersonal, organizational, and community engagement skills through a range of academic, volunteer, and leadership experiences. As a member of the Korean Club at the University of the Western Cape, I gained introductory Korean language skills while deepening my understanding of Korean culture and customs. My volunteer work has included serving vulnerable communities through the Dennis Hurley Centre, preparing meals for children at the Domino Foundation, and supporting my local church’s sound and media team by managing visual presentations and livestream operations.
In my role as a Library Monitor, I was responsible for administrative duties, cataloguing and shelving books, and contributing to the improvement and organization of the library environment. Additionally, as a member of the Golden Key Society, I am part of an international network that recognizes academic excellence, leadership potential, and community involvement.
I am currently a law student at the University of the Western Cape.
