I worked in the Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) industry for four years before beginning my career in electronic payment solutions. While working in FMCG, I gained tremendous experience in the Financial (Credit) and Procurement side of the organisation and I have learned and practiced key elements of a successful business model. To compliment this experience, I currently service micro-lenders and retail businesses.
I prep, install and give training on how to use various collecting solutions for micro-lenders and other business that offer a credit aligned repayment option. This training is given on card accepting devices (both fixed and mobile devices) as well as an online administration service that comes with it. In addition, I also do trouble shooting and replacement of faulty devices reported to us by our clients.
