Hi, I’m Elze! I graduated in 2023 with my Master's Degree in English and have most recently been working as a proofreader at 99Cents, one of South Africa’s leading marketing companies. My academic and professional journey has not only equipped me with a profound understanding of the English language but has also fuelled my unwavering love for it.

Combining my diverse educational and work experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the art of articulate writing and communication. I am confident that my background uniquely positions me to make meaningful contributions to a creative environment, as I am always eager to learn and bring my enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Proofreader (99Cents) - The role consists of ensuring that the work put out by the agency is consistent, error-free and in line with client requests. This includes leaflets, digital, radio and television advertisements. This role requires us to be able to work quickly, efficiently and remain detail-oriented under deadlines and pressure.

Freelance Copywriter (Paradox Media) - I worked part-time at Paradox Media to assist the company in writing content for emails. The content consisted of a Halloween Campaign and several Black Friday newsletters, promoting sales of brand products and informing customers about the products on sale, as well as their potential benefits.
