I have 1 year experience at Nic Sites as a Sales Representative, which was mainly B2C Sales .I would call customers ,solve any complaints or inquiries and email customers regularly. I ensured customer satisfaction and ensured systems were updated regularly and accurately.This job advanced my communication skills and technology skills.
I then did part time bartending which was very customer focused, I learnt how to take initiative and work unsupervised. This job also taught me how to work in a very fast paced environment.
I graduated high school and obtained my NSC certificate. I got a bachelors pass and obtained an average of 78%. The highlight of my high school career was Business studies -89% as I am very passionate about the business industry.
