My objective or summary as a teacher is to help the children realise their full potential and to find unique and reliable ways of getting them there. Through my practical experiences, I have learnt that one of the best ways of doing this is to reinforce the children’s belief in themselves. If they believe they can succeed, they will succeed. This belief is what I want the children in my class to understand and foster in their daily lives.
