Emma Parlabean

I am an incrdibly multi-talented music teacher. I teach piano, vocals, recorder, flute, as well as drama, dance, music production and djing.

I have a Bachelor of Music Degree from Rhodes university and want to use my time to teach kids to love music. I have been teaching since 2020 and have experience in private and group settings. Having taught the Rivonia Primary school choir, and helped a wealth of student enroll in ABRSM, ROCKSCHOOLS, TRINITY and CAPS music exams I am more than qualified to bring a new era of music excellence to any school.

I have: Grade 8: ABRSM Piano, Grade 8: Rockschools Vocals, Grade 6: ABRSM Flute, Grade 2: ABRSM Recorder, Grade 4: Trinity Drama, Grade 4: Flamenco Dance

I run a music school in Bordeaux Sandton and a second school situated at Rivonia Primary. We offer lessons privately and in group settings for piano, vocals, recorder, flute, djing, music production, and music theory. I work with and manage 3 employees who work collaboratively and creatively together to ensure that the students get an overwhelmingly magical musical learning experience. We are also affiliated with the Rockschools, Trinity, Unisa, and ABRSM music exams and sylabi to ensure an internation, well rounded music education. I love my job, and I love teaching kids to play their instruments with joy and profound understanding.
