About
I am a relationship-driven fashion professional with a strong instinct for people, luxury service and brand experience. I naturally read people well — picking up on personalities, communication styles, preferences and unspoken cues — which allows me to build trust quickly, adapt my approach and create experiences that feel genuinely personal. My background spans luxury hospitality, fashion retail, marketing and communications, giving me a strong understanding of both the human and commercial side of a brand.
I am especially drawn to the space where relationships, creativity and business meet: building meaningful client connections, developing partnerships and understanding what makes people emotionally connect with a brand. I thrive in people-facing environments and bring energy, confidence, emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to every interaction. Alongside my BA in Applied Fashion Retail, I continue to build experience across client engagement, marketing, brand strategy and creative fashion projects.
Experience
Kids Program Luxury Coordinator at Royal Malewane | The Royal Portfolio (2023-01 – 2024-12)
I work closely with guests and families in a highly personalised luxury environment, creating memorable experiences while maintaining the discretion, warmth and attention to detail expected within ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Build strong relationships with guests by quickly understanding personalities, preferences, communication styles and individual needs.
- Read social cues and adapt my approach naturally to different people, helping guests feel comfortable, understood and personally looked after.
- Create and coordinate tailored guest experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively, often identifying what will improve an experience before it is directly requested.
- Communicate confidently with guests from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and cultures while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with front office, food and beverage, housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm, personable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the emotional connection guests build with the property by creating experiences that feel personal, thoughtful and memorable.
- Gain broader exposure to luxury hospitality operations through experience across reception, front office and guest service environments.
