I believe I am a great fit for the role. My experience includes developing strategies to ensure assets are managed effectively, leading projects with multiple stakeholders, and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. I am also highly proficient in relevant software and IT systems including SAP,SAGE and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

In addition, my recent project was with the Pan South African Language Board (PanSalb) were we had to refurbish an old office building in Kimberly, Northern Cape,RSA. The building is on chapel road, Kimberly, Northern Cape.

Some of the common challenges of this office refurbishment projects included budget constraints, logistics, scheduling issues, disruption to daily operations, and finding reliable vendors. There were also health and safety considerations, and environmental regulations to consider. Additionally, it is always important to consider the user experience and to design a space that meets the needs of the client.

However, we achieved positive results in the project by establishing clear objectives, developing a realistic timeline and budget, and developing a communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders are kept abreast of key decisions. Additionally, we ensured collaboration between internal and external teams(asset management, ICT ect.), anticipated potential areas of conflict, and remained flexible in response to unexpected challenges.
