- Assisted with Secretary duties during a vacancy period.
- Provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to management and staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting, typing, reviewing, and distributing letters, memorandums, reports, emails, and other official documents.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events, including scheduling venues, preparing agendas, compiling meeting packs, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Monitor staff attendance registers, leave records, and duty register, ensuring accurate record-keeping and submission of relevant documentation to Human Resources.
- Receive and respond to telephone calls, emails, and enquiries, providing professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support training and development activities by preparing training materials, coordinating logistics, maintaining attendance records, and compiling training reports.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes by preparing documentation and maintaining employee training and certification records.
- Provide administrative support for financial processes, including processing documentation, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Maintain electronic and manual databases, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistical requirements for officials when required.
