I have a code 08 (EB) unendorsed driver license. To further my safety on the road I have completed a defensive driving course personally instructed by Johann von Bergan, with Pro-Driving Tactics. I have excellent command of the English language (read, write and verbal).

I have worked in a variety of businesses, trying to increase my experience, growing my knowledge and understanding of different operational styles and processes. The security industry has taught me how to deal with different personalities in the best possible ways to always achieve a positive outcome. There are always new challenges to face and you constantly have to think on your feet to find a quick solution.

I applied this equally to the family run real estate business, and the latest addition Construction. The Steel and Home Improvement industry challenged my marketing skills as most business was cold calling, to civil, engineering, architect and construction companies. Build and maintain client relationship.

Working in Real Estate further enhanced my exposure to clientele on all levels, from contractor laymen through directors and business owners, the ability to communicate and interact effectively through the corporate, commercial, industrial and residential sectors developed naturally. I received my security induction, basic First Aid, NOSA and fire fighting at Gray's with instructor G P Naicker from a military background ,who impressed on his students their neatness and appearance. I was selected a few months later to be fast tracked to NKP training for SAPREF. I left to join Coin security as I was offered a better position.
