- Prepare daily Transport plan
- Briefing and Debriefing drivers
- Processing of return stock
- Ensure vehicle depart on time for deliveries
- Ensure customer queries are resolved
- Ensure SOP are followed
- Managing company resources
- Ensure compliance with RTMS file
- Conducting toolbox talks
- Ensure vehicle COF, license disk, Cross-border permit, PDP, Drivers licenses are valid
- Ensure vehicles are serviced in time without overruns
- Schedule vehicle for maintenance and repairs
- Train and develop drivers
- Discipline drivers in line with National Bargaining Council Collective Agreement, Company code of conduct, LRA and BCEA
- Manage POD and Log books
- Prepare cross-border reports
- Prepare Time Sheet for Contractors/labor brokers and permanent employees
- Prepare Compliance hours reports
- Monitor and control vehicle inspection checklist
- Control the entire operation deliveries and collection
- Routing and Scheduling
