I have been with my current company for 7 years now. It may sound cliche but I truly am passionate about customer service. I am a problem solver by nature and that, combined with sincerely wanting to do my best for any client, whether internal or external makes for service excellence.
I began as a call center agent with Autoboys Glass services in 2015. Therafter I was promoted to call center team leader, where I managed a team of between 10-12 agents on a daily basis. The manner in which I handled my duties as well as my curiosity regarding learning and development caught the attention of my HR manager who offered me a chance to try my hand at Learning and development officer, which I did for about 6 months before being promoted to Broker liaison/claims support officer, where I take care of and liaise with our VIP brokers and assist in ensuring that whatever is required in order to keep both them and their clients happy, is done.
I did not complete my matric, however, I did complete an NQF Level 4 certificateion in Business Administraion. I have also obtained credits on NQF level 5 certifications for facilitation and mentoring courses.
