With over 5 years of experience in customer service, I pride myself on my ability to connect with people. Being in the customer service industry has allowed me to understand the complexity of working with many different people, and the value in this.
Being able to understand people means I am always able to put the customer first. To first understand their experience, to first listen and then find the solution. Going above and beyond to resolve complex queries is a passion, finding ways to navigate within the system to find the answers.

I have worked in retail, insurance, and the renewable energy sector.
I have completed an NSC qualification from Wynberg Girls' High School.
