In my role as order success admin agent at Mr. D Food, I am responsible for providing support to customers, restaurants and drivers to ensure the integrity of the food delivery process is maintained. I also investigate incoming order queries to identify and minimize risk of financial loss.
I am proactive and have good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. My drive coupled with my enthusiasm, dedication and thirst for knowledge will enable me to not only learn tremendously in this role but to thrive in it as well.
