Etiwel Mutero is an experienced archivist, records management specialist and a qualified teacher

Etiwel has worked as a teacher for 5 years teaching secondary level students .He had worked as information management official which includes roles such as archivist, records management personnel and a librarian at institutions such as Kwekwe Polytechnic, University of Zimbabwe, National University of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education in Zimbabwe and Namibia

Etiwel hold and Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Records and Archives Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the Zimbabwe Open University
