What I offer

• Workshop servicing and general maintenance of trucks, trailers, earth moving/road construction equipment.
• Operations of fleet management:
• Road Fleet Management, of trucks and heavy equipment haulage. 

As young man, I made the conscious decision and succeeded to work in the following automotive related industries to gain extensive technical hands-on knowledge and technical managerial experience namely:

• South African National Defense Force as an apprentice diesel mechanic and then qualified in 1982.
• Earthmoving equipment in the construction industry.
• Bus industry,
• Municipal environment,
• Waste Management,
• Technical aspects of Agriculture, 

Personal Style of Management:

• I use the “Situational” management style to ensure I am on the same understanding level as the persons and the present situation. 
• My management style is closely intertwined with the project management philosophy, namely pre-planning and prevention of risks and breakdowns.
• Over the years I developed the “Strategic Planning” concept skills to ensure I am within the organization’s vision and mission framework.
• I collaborate with people that are serious about conducting their daily work and do not associate with the proverbial “Snakes in Suites”.

• I worked in Namibia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sudan.

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
• Certified Professional Project Manager. (Project Management charter production institute of South Africa) and passed my Postgraduate Diploma (NQF8) Certified Professional Project Manager in Project and Programme management at Cranefield College, South Africa with PM.
• ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Certificate training certification.

Strategic overview of the Technical Specialist Manager Position: 

1.  

• Create the modernization process of the organizational development of the three Technical Maintenance Departments on the three Projects:
• To create new systems, processes, policies, and procedures to enable the technical procurement and warehouses departments to meet their own as well as their internal clients, needs and requirements.
• Create corrective actions and plans to prevent accidents, incidents, unproductive and dangerous situations. 
• Ensure through an auditing system that all company policies and procedures, methods and processes are implemented and adhered to.
• Manage external suppliers and agents in terms of intercompany relationships and interactions.
• Compile and monitor maintenance and operational budgets, fuel consumptions, scrapping of machinery, monthly reports etc.
