As Vendor Manager, I was responsible for building subcontractor capacity and capability in South Africa, Botswana and Gabon. I managed project contracts with the main aim of achieving defined key performance indictors in order to meet customer programme delivery expectations.

I fulfilled the role of Managed Services Regional Manager for Ericsson supporting the Vodacom South Africa network.

I headed up the Digital Broadcasting Migration Programme Office at the Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa and successfully launched the digital migration programme.

I was the custodian of the network in the region and took overall accountability for network planning, project management, network implementation and operations of the core, transmission, IP and radio network in the region.
