Eunice Cross (BA Law, LLM, LLB) occupied the position as a practicing attorney at Bowman Gilfillan Inc., from 2003 until 2007. In 2007, she joined Absa's Business Bank Division as in-house legal counsel and team leader specializing in acquisitions and leverage finance, trade finance, balance sheet finance and project finance. In July 2011 until 30 November 2018 she joined IDC and worked as legal manager assisting with IDC’s local and international financing transactions.
Her areas of specialization include corporate law, commercial law, banking & finance law, international law, general contract law. She is currently consulting independently in areas of specialization. She is in the process of completing her Phd at Wits Business School in 2023 and serves on various boards, one of which is Equites Fund Property, an established REIT focused on logistics properties and listed on the JSE.
Apart from the passion she has for her work, she has so keen interest in gender and racial equality issues and social development.
