Submitting daily reports regarding over speeding, route stops and all relevant exception. Report faults on tracking with Netstar / Mixtelematics or Intercape IT Department. Manage continued poor performance according to workplace procedure.
Manage and coordinate all communication with the onboard crew of any coach on route (in real time), Identifying technical error and confirm with Technical Department. Generates all reports regarding captured accidents MUST be completed by responsible person who captured accident on system. Capturing breakdown information in the system and makes arrangement for W/shop department to attend the breakdown.
Check ID key and Correct starting of coaches. Manually activate the Drive-Cam unit in coach daily. Prepare and issue required authorities and instructions for Pro Drivers and support staff. Analyse the Satellite Tracking on a 24-hour basis and Phone and alert drivers of over-speeding in real time based on tracking information
Monitoring alerts and communicates with drivers in real time regarding cautious driving. Monitoring +/- 100 Coaches on Live Tracking in all South African roads including across the borders Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Malawi.
