Having worked across all major industries (FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services & Marketing), I am accountable for the full value chain of HR practices including Induction / Orientation, Talent acquisition, Strategic business partnering, EVP development, Talent management, Change management, Cultural & business transformation, HR process engineering and efficiencies.
My key focus areas involved HR Strategy development across South Africa and Africa, Talent Management, capability frameworks, Business productivity and Business transformation strategies. I have vast experience in Industrial Relations from representation on Governing bodies to navigating union structures both in the existence and absence of Bargaining Council Agreements. My geographical business understanding spans over South Africa, UK and Africa.
I am fully responsible for the crafting and entrenching of the HR Strategy and People Agenda, all policies, systems, infrastructure, and procedures to ensure the professional management of the entire Human Resources function. Fully accountable for the achievement of the people strategy through the development of integrated HR strategies, processes and providing professional advisory and HR services to the business.
