As a mine Overseer I am accountable for the planning, coordination and effective implementation of mining and all related activities to ensure the achievement of operational objectives arising out of the business and mining strategy. The role also holds a legal accountability with a 2.14.

I was managing promoting and assure adherence to safety health and environmental procedures. Identify unsafe and hazardous situation. Interpret the approved operational plans. Determine how resources and processes must be utilised and applied to achieve objectives.
