• Follow rules; procedures and processes.
• Reading and interpreting blue prints.
• Raw material inspection and verification.
• Reviewing of Material Inspection/NDE according applicable specifications/procedures.
• Perform fitment; Visual and dimensional inspections in accordance manufacturing blue prints; ASME code and special requirements.
• Very welding parameters and cunsumables before & during welding operations.

• Inspection & monitoring of various welding processes like GTAW; GMAW; SMAW; & SAW.
• Cordanate NDT (RT,MT,PT, HB & UT).
• Perform inspection 2.5y and 5-year periodic tank Inspections.
• Conduct Visual Inspections for pressure vessels Internal/ External and weld in accordance requirements of ASME V Article 9/VIII DIV.1/VIII DIV.2 Part 7 – 7.5.2 and ensure Vessel is ready for hand over to the site Inspection Authority or Client.
• Pneumatic leak test & proofness test Inspection for pressure vessel piping systems in accordance ASME B31.3 and A.D.R 4.7.2/IMDG/RID and CFR.
• Perform hydro-testing of pressure vessels and gas tank containers accordance ASME and SOP.
