Networking, Security (Anything which may sound like an IT issue)
- Attending to 120 - 230 Users, Depending on NPO funding for User resources.
- Managing 1 – 3 YES4Youth Interns, depending on Intern availability.
- Managing of Yealink VoIP phones
- Managing network connections in accordance to the ITIL frameworks.
- Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 Administration and configuration
- Microsoft Active Directory Implementation, Administration and Configurations
- Advanced networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, managed and non-managed switch configurations and maintenance.
- Ubiquity wireless mesh setup and maintenance.
- Pastel support (Sage Premier and VIP)
- Microsoft Office installation and support. (Office 2016,
2019, 2021 and Office 365)
- Office 365 email hosting on O365 Control Centre
- Adobe Acrobat Pro and Reader support
- Firewall installations, configurations and maintenance.
(Sophos and Cyberoam)
- Installing of network cables, network wall boxes, CCTV cameras (Analogue and IP)
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Yealink VoIP phones, replaced old Man3000 Telephone System.
- Installed Eset Protect Administrator Console, managing +-
150 Desktops/Laptops security updates, Virus scans etc remotely.
- PPTP VPN connections, Access Control, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Spiceworks Ticketing system Hosting, maintenance, and
Reporting

- All Server Maintenance, Updating, Configurations and backups is done by myself.
Backup methods include backing up to NAS, External and/or Cloud backups using Backup Exec, Iperius and
SyncBack Pro.
- Assessment of faulty medical equipment and repairing when possible.
