He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education (FET Phase) specializing in Mathematics and Physical Sciences, further underscoring his commitment to advancing education in STEM fields.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chiwara has demonstrated a strong passion for learner development and academic excellence. He has taught Grade 8 to 12 learners in both mathematics and mathematical literacy, using innovative teaching strategies and digital platforms such as electronic blackboards to enhance learning outcomes. He is also proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, and learner assessment.

As the founder and principal of Epenetus Science Academy, established in 2020, Mr. Chiwara has played a pivotal role in shaping a center of excellence that supports students in improving their performance in science and mathematics.
