In my role at Platinum Recruitment Solutions, I manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse industry verticals both nationally and internationally. My core responsibilities include proactive cold calling and new business development, nurturing long-term client relationships, and designing recruitment strategies tailored to each client’s unique company culture and specific role requirements. I specialize in headhunting scarce-skilled professionals, building robust talent pipelines, and managing high-volume applicant screening through strategic job advertising across multiple portals.

I conduct thorough telephonic screenings and online interviews, provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and prepare comprehensive candidate profiles, including reference checks and compliance verifications. I actively support clients and candidates through every stage of the hiring process—from offer negotiation to onboarding—ensuring both parties are aligned and informed. Post-placement, I maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.

I’m also responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Ditto CRM system and contribute to the company’s brand visibility through LinkedIn marketing efforts. With over a decade of experience spanning both internal and external recruitment, I bring a deep understanding of talent acquisition and strategic client engagement to every placement I manage.
